It looks like everyone (Congress) is looking at the extent of training that the sailors are not getting due to budget cuts as being a major cause of these collisions.

Seems to me we don't have to worry much about NK or Iran. The Navy is doing a fine job of wrecking its ships all on it's own.
The Japanese had it's Kamikaze battle plan. Do we have a Navikaze battle plan?

This no laughing matter but to not inject a little humor would be too sorrowful.

How is the job title LOOKOUT defined by today's USN?

Seems a whack broad on the port beam should not be classed as a hidden approach.
