First, find a hurricane,
Insert live footage of a TV weatherperson (Equal Idiot Opportunity) being paid to try to stand in strong wind and horizontal rain with microphone yelling to audience that it's windy and raining.
Second, make sure every TV station worldwide,
Replays footage over and over and over.
Third, show cold medicine commercial.

Also makes a mockery of mandatory evacuation. These 'reporters' and cameramen must be 9 feet tall and bulletproof.
