Yet his first album after leaving the Army, "Elvis is Back" revealed another side of his repertoire. All that time as a kid hanging around Beale Street in Memphis paid off - he learnt the blues. Here he is singing "Reconsider Baby" from that album with its great sax solo by Boots Randolph, Scotty Moore on guitar and Floyd Kramer on piano.
