Robert Lannue of Sequim passed away on January 30, 2017.

Bob was born on August 22, 1924, to Evans and Edith Lannue, who were at that time living in Little River, Kansas.

Bob served six years on submarines during World War II. He then worked for Westinghouse in Kansas City, Missouri.

On June 19, 1954, he married Serena. They moved in 1955 to San Diego, California, where he worked for Ryan Aeronautical Co. as a tool and die specialist, eventually becoming an engineer.

After his retirement in 1986, he used his talent to restore antique motorcycles. They were rebuilt with original parts to the last detail. Some were sent out of the U.S.

His pride and joy was his 1962 Indian. He was working on a 1942 Harley-Davidson.

Bob went on many club rides, rode in many parades and participated in swap meets.

He leaves behind his wife, Serena M. Lannue; brother Gerald; sister-in-law Carmen; two nephews and a niece in Minnesota; and a nephew in Missouri.
