Master and Commander Posts: 1796 Location: Albany, GA.	Subject: RE: Powder Monkey Child exploitation by the Government. Gotta wonder who would actually place this child in harms way like that. I know it was a different time, and I have seen the Drummer Boys, but they were usually at least 12.
