The September – October 2018 issue of the Dolphin Brotherhood has been posted and is ready to view and download. With the upcoming changes to USSVI individual base websites, I’m trying out a new way of linking to the newsletter. Be sure to let me know if you have any issues with viewing or downloading the newsletter.
This issue has photos from Independence Day parade in Kirkland and the Tolling the Boats Ceremony, along with other Seattle Base news and submarine related articles from around the world.
