Back in the 20th Century, I would dress up as Santa and stand on the the road outside a non-profit organization which was having a Christmas Craft Fair. The job was to wave at the passing cars, ring my bell, hope to attract attention, and get people to pull into the parking lot. I passed the uniform onto the next Dad who took the job.
