Subject: Late Christmas Present

Had been having sewer back up issues over time. The last owners were suppose to have fixed it. They didn't. They sold the park. Now new owners have finally come through. Great couple of guys arrived early this morning and installed this new, improved systems. Just like Christmas all over again. Old system was over 50 years old.
The old system stuck out over 2 feet into this hole.

Bet you are happy to see that problem sorted out as I imagine it would have been chucking up just a bit.
