As I wrote once before, with all the things supposedly not done correctly, I cannot understand how these ships supposedly passed workups. A broom would appear to be needed much closer to the top. Safe passage at sea is supposed to be assured; as we can see, not always the case. Had it not happened, one would think it a comedy plot from the Goons or The Goodies.
