Should they still be around today they will also be senior citizens. Bless them all wherever they may be. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDlytW-7CrU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYFk83I4COA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjEtkAwG3yM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7wx9fg0Rw0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdOD-maw-Kw Pedro Edited by Pedro 2020-02-08 6:15 PM

Trouble now is my hearing is such that the melodies sound way off key and the vocals sound like a really bad rehearsal. I like seeing your list and let me memory remember the tunes. Now, if and when the memory goes I'll be in a world of hurt.

A while back, a video of retired servicemen singing Lily the Pink at an otherwise dismal parade was shown. Band was hopeless and the RSM type got things in step with the group rendition. Have tried looking for it on the internet but no luck. If it was your post, can it please be resurrected? If not, any help to locate will be appreciated. On the uphill part of the morning walk, Lily then and medicinal compound later, very much in vogue.

This was done at a parade of Navy vets on an Armed Services Day in Liverpool who started their own singsong to keep in step because they were so far behind the RM band they could not hear them. I do recall it was put onto Facebook but like me, you didn’t subscribe so I did suggest at the time that your good lady SWMBO might find it for you. I have a couple of RNR mates who were on that march but I will have to check out their current e-mail addresses for further details. Once I have them I will send them onto you. Just introduce yourself as a mate of mine and they will surely respond. Their names are Paul Hedgecock and John Burton. Yours Aye Pedro

Master and Commander Posts: 1576 Location: Wollongong, NSW | Subject: RE: Sundays Song's # 128 Thanks Pedro. We have tried to do a search; SWMBO looks at Facebook type sites very reluctantly; her job with Border Force is better with anonymity. I don't subscribe because of past actions against bad guys.
