Scrapped in late 1960, does anyone have resources that tell which yard/company scrapped her?

According to the 1988 edition of John Alden's FLEET SUBMARINE IN THE U.S. NAVY, Appendix B, page 257, PETO was sold to Commercial Metals Co., Dallas Texas on November 29, 1960 and scrapped shortly thereafter.
