CinCHouse and I are off to Hawaii to celebrate our 60th Anniversary. We were last there in 1967 when I took R&R from Vietnam and it served as the Honeymoon we never had. This time we get to fly there and back together.

The Hurricane, Kiko, is well off to the Northwest and didn't cause us any concern. Hawaii has changed quite a bit in the 58 years since we were last here but it's still beautiful and the people are still friendly and gracious. Tomorrow we head for Pearl Harbor and the tourist sites.
