Michael "Mike" Oliver Miller, age 56 of Fairburn, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2013 at Wellstar Hospital in Douglasville. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked as a Senior Project Engineer for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Marie Miller.
