The above link goes to the USSVI (United States Submarine Veterans, Inc.) Facebook page where their members who have gone on “Eternal Patrol” are noted.

I’ll keep my work here going, trying to get others who were not USSVI members. You’re encouraged to look there as well as here! Obviously, there’ll be some I miss and some I duplicate.

RANDALL .. .. .. Roy W. Randall, of Port St. Lucie, passed away March 30, 2026 at the age of 97. He is survived by his wife, Opal Susann of over 74 years. They have three daughters, Darlene Timmerman (Ron), Palm City, Rosalind Jackson (Gregg), Stuart and Christina Jacob of O'Fallon, Missouri. They were blessed with 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Roy was born and spent his childhood in Summit, New Jersey. He graduated in 1947 from Springfield Regional High School where he played the clarinet in the band and took an interest in electronics. Roy settled in Hobe Sound, Florida, where he met and in 1951 married Susann in Ohio. He excelled in mastering early TV technology earning dozens of certifications in electronics and digital equipment throughout his life. In 1954, at the age of 25, he established and operated Randall's Radio & TV for over 24 years. Upon closing his business, he was employed by Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in West Palm Beach for 12 years as a Senior Instrument Technician.

Upon retiring, Roy and Sue enjoyed spending six months at their Tennessee residence and returning to their Florida home during the winter months.

Roy enjoyed boating, fishing and was an avid reader (even with failing eyesight) and continued repairing electronics well into his 90's.
