Dear Marilyn and Rudulfo,
I have just heard about the medical situation that our Shipmate Chief Valencia is in. As an an organization, the USSVI stands with you in prayer for comfort and healing for both you and Chief Valencia. Here then is our prayer:
Our Father in heaven, you who heal all our iniquities, our diseases, and redeems us from destruction. Crown your servants Marilyn and Rudulfo with your lovingkindness and tender mercies. Lay your healing hand upon Rudulfo and the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. Restore him physically and spiritually. Comfort Marilyn as she goes through these troubles times. Let her be a beacon of encouragement to Rudulfo and to the medical personnel who are caring for him. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so is your mercy, lovingkindness and healing power. Pour forth your Holy Spirit O' Lord upon Marilyn and Rudulfo and all who are praying for him. We pray this pray in Jesus most holy name, according to your will.
