COMSUBBBS Posts: 2673 Location: New Jersey | Subject: Tide charts I use tide charts sometimes when I go kyacking in rivers. I googled how to read tide charts but the info I really want is; when the tide chart says A.M 7:43 H. To me that indicates, morning at 0743 and it is high tide...My question is this: Is 7:43 when the tide begins coming in, or is that the time when the tide is completely in or high???? You boaters or old time QM's may be able to help me. Thanks

Are you afraid of drifting into the Assawoman Bay? I can never get over that name. How's RT1 or are you veteran enough to find the back roads?

I like Little Assawoman Bay.....A better fit, since Im such a little guy. I just got off the Delaware Bay/Broadkill a 1/2 hour ago....I'm gonna send you some photos if I can....And get you to migrate below the canal someday!!! I stay off Rt1 on the weekends and use the backroads. As we say in lower, slower....It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood......
