The dough and the oven give the Pizza it's character. Fresh herbs really work well when used in moderation. Just what doesn't Beer work for? Most cooks certainly like to add it to their menu. Especially when cooking outside. Have a friend with an outside, wood fired Pizza and bread oven. Has a weatherproof refrigerator right in the same area for the beer.
