At random: On August 17, 1958, the USS SKATE circumnavigated the globe in about fifty minutes. The SKATE was at a radius of about two miles from the North Pole at the time, and the distance traveled in the circumnavigation was about twelve miles.

Subject: More Torpedoes Than You Can Count

"SOME" of the (eastern wall) torpedoes stored in the warehouse of the Naval Undersea Museum (Dan Martini has seen them!)... The one light fixture is the same in both photos - so left half, right half.  Music by Bill Patterson, check out the words in the 2nd half! LOL! - enjoy!
