MCMILLION , George James, 82, of Hampstead, died Monday July 9, 2007. He served in the U.S. Navy as a submariner aboard the USS Bowfin during World War II. He was an avid bridge player. He will be remembered by numerous friends at Porky's and Dean's Restaurants. He was the beloved husband of the late Donna Lee (nee Keith) McMillion; loving father of Andrea Helkowski and Helen Fitz; dear brother of Cecil Robert McMillion; devoted grandfather of Jenny Outen Cartwright, R. Lee Outen, C. Michael Helkowski, Melanie Fitz, Susannah Fitz and Joy Fitz; devoted great-grandfather of Taylor Outen. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday July 13 at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead. Interment Hampstead Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions to Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
