At random: "Without courage, you might as well not be in it. You’ve got to have courage--moral courage, physical courage--and honor. Honor means telling the truth even when it might not be to your advantage" Retired Capt. Charles W. Rush Jr. (85), Navy Cross recipient, when asked to give advice to Chiefs and Junior Officers in today's submarine service.

I hope they are found safe with only a burned out radio.

Sue hope they are found OK. This is about time we hold UNITIS cruise. Maybe USN has some assets in area to assist. Will we send Sub rescue vehicle?

The last reported position was 'in' the San Jorje Gulf off Patagonia. The average sea depth there is 278 feet, even if she was 267 miles off the coast as reported that is still in shallow water area.

That is blow and go depth but what is the water temperature? Sounds like we may be fearing the worst. A catastrophic failure. I do hope I'm wrong.
