Subject: Wednesday Obit

FRASER, Jay Glen, was born on September 14, 1952 and passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017. Jay was a resident of Holton, Kansas at the time of passing. He graduated from Hiawatha High School in 1970. After high school he served five years in the US Navy aboard the nuclear submarine USS Seadragon, based out of Pearl Harbor. Memorials are suggested to Heart of Jackson Humane Society, and may be sent in care of the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1034, Holton, 66436.
