I enjoyed it. In my memory I can see Scratch Garner playing that guitar and carrying on. I guess every crew had one, but Scratch seemed to be able to play anything he picked up. A true virtuoso on the harmonica.

With reference to the snorkel - reminded me of late '74 in Otway I think it was. Sandy Freleagus had sent a cartoon to Navy News picturing Santa in the window of the Snort tube - "Ho, Ho, Now - You ..."
Sandy was a very good cartoonist.
