WEBB, LeRoy Otho, FTCS(SS), USN, Ret., was born on February 12, 1924 and passed away in December 2017. LeRoy was a resident of Mystic, Connecticut at the time of passing. LeRoy joined the Navy May 10, 1942 and was called to active duty in 1943. Calling hours will be held on Thursday January 4 th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Byles Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street, Groton. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Byles-Groton Memorial Home. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery in Mystic.
