That's Sea Owl loafing along somewhere, maybe coming alongside.
The bow structure houses the AN/BQR-4 passive sonar that was a long-range (for the times) detection device. Just aft of that is a clump of bluejackets. The next projection houses the AN/BQR-3 (successor to the WW2 "JT/JP") passive sonar hydrophone. Then the sail and another clump of sailors.
