Watched it on a 19" B&W TV at a friends apartment in Astoria Queens. Drinking beer, and all of us, wives and 5 kids stuffed in this little apartment bedroom, barely able to make out the figures on the screen. I had 3 years with NY Telephone Co. at that time. My time in the enginerooms got me hired as a Watch engineer, taking care of the AC and Ventillation for the Telco buildings I worked in.

Tom McNulty was sampling every bottle behind the bar and I was being schooled in the fine art of Single Malt consumption. I'm surprised either of us remember it but we did. Such a memorable event.
