| Subject: Final Update October 2007 Torsk Work Weekend
We are just a few days out from the next Torsk Work Weekend which is October 5th through the 7th, 2007 so this will be the final update before it. This looks to be another weekend to remember. Right now we have 44 people confirmed for attendance.
Please remember to bring a pillow, sleeping bag and/or blanket, toiletries and towel(s) with you.
Below is the berthing list for the weekend. I have made every attempt to accommodate everyone’s requests (grouping people together, requested locations, keeping early arrivals &/or late departures together, etc.), but this is the final berthing list (barring cancellations, etc.). If you are unhappy with your berthing situation, you may individually try to find someone to trade with, but in the event of a conflict this list will be the deciding factor.

Airport/Train Station pick-up/drop-off arrangements have been taken care of via a separate email.
We've put together an aggressive project list for the weekend, but nothing out of the ordinary from what you've come to expect from us.
A large portion of the work will be primarily below decks, and the museum is concerned that visitor traffic through the boat might be hampered by the large number of volunteers working aboard. We need to make sure that this does not occur.
Everyone will be required to complete a release form for 2006 prior to working. We will have these available in the crew's mess.
