I didn't know P.N. was in the Navy. Also Bill Cosby was in and in fact won a national award for being sailor of the year. That award seems to have been expunged. He went in as a hospital corpsmen.

Don't quite understand how they can expunge a US Navy award that was granted to Bill Cosby so many years before his present-day problems emerged. I admired his honesty that when huddled in a foxhole under heavy fire when the call went up for a corpsman his first thought was that we don't do house calls, but to his credit, in overcoming his fear he did them just the same.
