Subject: Wednesday Obit

TAYLOR, Lawrence Edward, passed away 2/15/2019. Bud was born in Oklahoma City 3/12/1924 to Ernest and Reverend Emma. Taylor was a World War II veteran Navy submarine service from 1942 to 1945. He served in CSD-161 Relief Crew (Puffer), qualified in submarines in USS Nautilus (SS-168) in 1945 and was F1c(SS) when released by the Navy. In 1944 he married Dena. Survived by two children Larry Taylor and Linda Taylor, 5 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. In 1973 he married Aurolyn (Lyn) gained a stepson Donald Brain and six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Bud worked in construction for 20 years then for Fluer oil company another 20 years, retired to Redding in 1988. Bud was very loved and will be greatly missed. Published in Redding Record Searchlight on Mar. 13, 2019
