Just tried to tie our neckerchief knot on my wifes scarf. Couldn't do it....I forgot how. I must be really old to forget that.

Hard to do while facing her. Do it from behind while reaching over her shoulders. Like Ron said; it’s a square knot (left over right then right over left).
