Since Don said 400k is the limiy and my photo is about 225k I'll give this another try.

Joe... just check the "Attach a file after posting" checkbox in your original post... you'll then see a screen allowing you to navigate to the photo file and click upload.... and you're done. (if you forget to check the checkbox.... it's NOT available via EDIT mode... you have to start a new post to do it again.)
