Subject: Do They Make a Holland Club Wall Placque?

I have two very close Holland Club shipmates and would like to obtain a couple of Holland Club momentos for them. None of the regular submarine stores seem to carry anything suitable. I may have to frame a Holland Club patch with a brass plate I can have engraved. If nobody makes such placques, they're missing a real opportunity. DEX

Holland Club Inductees receive a Letter (I forget if it's signed by the USSVI National Commander, the Holland Club Commander, or both), a Certificate suitable for framing, a Holland Club membership Card, and a Holland Club Patch for their vest.

You could probably have the patch design engraved or printed on a ceramic disk and mounted on a nice wooden backing, but I would check with Gil Shaddock first, in case the design is copyrighted by USSVI and requires permission to reproduce it.
