I seem to remember those cars being raced in reverse in compact demolition derbies.

We had a 1974 Pinto Station Wagon and a 1977 Pinto Hatchback.

Neither one exploded on my watch

Traded the 1974 in for a 1980 Fairmont Wagon and the 1977 in for a 1984 Escort Wagon
