AT&T came out and asked me if I'd pay more for tech support using US agents only. I said no, I'd pay more if my support was only Filipina's - wish I had made it to Subic. I never got to P.I., but I enjoy using them. I have had good luck also with support from this country, and Europe. Only times I have problems is dealing with support from India, and they have better English skills than I do.
