Don, I'm not really a TV show type cook. I like to think I get the job done and thankfully I've not killed anyone yet but have had more than a few compliments. I like to keep things simple. So I grill the corn naked then put them in tin foil boats that has butter in them. On top goes the sauce then the cheese. That way I can fold the sides of the boats to melt the cheese. Good for cleanup and good for me since I don't have to worry about too many things at once. |
