Sausage Gravy - Microwave 1.5 Minutes High

Grands Biscuits - Air Frier 14 Minutes 325°, Flip at 7 Minutes

I recall eagerly watching the ladies cook everything up from scratch. I honor those memories thinking of them as I press those Chinese made buttons.

Wanted to mention my Dell Win 8-10 Desktop from Aug 2013 went into a reboot loop two weeks ago. I bought a Win 11 and have touched its whiles, learning its ways.

My all-time go to picture messing with program PhotoScape turned up its digital nose and stopped preforming. Luckily her sister PhotoScape X certainly wants to go.

I used to use software called Micrografx Picture Publisher back in the day (only ran on 32 bit systems). I was HEARTBROKEN when that was no longer available. It had the BEST dodge and burn tool for "Photoshopping" parts of one image into another and as such, I had a LOT of fun putting coworkers faces in the most compromising positions over the years.

Nowadays you just use AI to say, "give me an image of so-and-so's face on a jackassse's body" and poof... there it is.

Testing a vague notion that preceding the beginning of our current military activities in the middle east I had posted about food. In an effort to end said activities by all participants, another food post should, by my reckoning, you know, fix it. Two days dinners of biscuits and gravy gives me real good feelings. Still ascertaining the likelihood of success.
