From previous experience here, I happen to know that the license holder in the car, with a permit holder driving and sober, can in fact be charged with a DUI if they are above the legal limit. The supplier of the libations, having knowledge of the situation, can be charged as a contributor. Now I supplied the bail for the last case, my total involvement.
