Subject: Topic: New Book - The Galloping Ghost

Just read in the Capitol Online - the newspaper for Annapolis, MD that Carl LaVo, author of the book BACK FROM THE DEEP (about Squalus/Sailfish), will be or has written a biography of Adm. Fluckey entitled THE GALLOPING GHOST. The article also said that Adm. Fluckey has entered the Hospice of the Chesapeake on Saturday (23 JUNE 2007) in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's' disease.

One of my most prized possessions is a signed, first edition copy of Admiral Fluckey's THUNDER BELOW.
