Subject: Travel Report (Too Damned Hot!)

Lynne and I drove to the Antelope Valley on Sunday, and were greeted by temperatures in the low 100's. Today we are in the San Fernando Valley, and it is much the same. Tomorrow we travel to the Oxnard/Ventura area for my Mom's 80th Birthday, and hopefully, it will be somewhat cooler. Then on Wednesday, it's on the road home by 0500 (to arrive late morning) back to Northern Cal to reume the grind.

If you don't at least phone, I will be disappointed in you. I live in Oxnard, and you are surely welcome to come by to visit. And the temperature should be about 74 - 76.
