website ought to have some info.  IKE had a large direct storm surge on Seawolf park but  yesterday Harvey was downgraded to a tropical storm with not much left except a very  large probability of 30-50" of rain over 3 or 4 days. Folks that were here for Allison say this is much worse as far as rainfall is concerned.
