This may not be Japanese language but often spoken by them.

Most of those words, I don't know but the first two probably come from people who can't spell entrepreneur and employer.

I can certainly recall "you buy me green drink" from Olongapo. In Hong Kong, the drinks were requested as 'normal' drinks that each of us would order.
