The first amendment to the Constitution (yes, gentlemen there is one before the second) ensures that we will forever have a free press. (And by " free" I am obviously speaking of freedom from Government interference and influence.) If you study history you will find that the very fist step dictators took when taking control was to take over the press, radio, TV etc. Hitler did it in early 30's, Putin did it when he took over Russia, and you could name dozens of other examples. A free press is mandatory in a democracy.
Need I say more? draw your own conclusions.
