Subject: Sea Store Cigs..

Was in a store the other day a noted the high cost of smokes...memory went back to Sea Store cigs we were able to buy for a buck a carton (I think), or at least real cheap. Then wondered if they are still sold??? I know I went to Japan some years ago and it seems were able to buy tax free smokes before departure, which I guess would have been the same. Know the New Navy has different ideas regarding smoking...wonder if it carried over to this area.
