This last batch of photos comes with the innuendo that these photos were taken in the USS O-9. This can't be confirmed but they are without a doubt taken in a EB design/built O-Class submarine.
Good shots in Engine Room and Control as well as Torpedo Room. 6 pictures in all.

Ric, the quals that you included were more interesting to me then any photos you put up. I kept thinking as I read this stuff that this guy wrote this up 98 years ago...if 1920 was actually the year they were done. I remember doing my quals and the drawings we had to do, the tracing by hand of all the different systems. So this qual report gave me a very direct physical and emotional connection to a guy going through the same procedures as I did, so many years later...

Good work & not bad for a guy who likes to wear grass skirts and coconut halves...

Thanks Joe.
The Qual Book, where I obtained a lot of this information, was written by a man named Robert E Fretz and he was an MM/3 out of New London, Ct. There is no date in the book that identifies the year it was done.
