Subject: Update #27

Still sussing out photos in the PigBoats collection that have not been published. This one is of such poor quality due to it being a photo of a photo but still dating back to 1912. (106 years old) Finally able to determine that it is the USS E-1 running at speed some place off the New England coast. It is unusual in that there is a portable structure on her back deck over her After Battery hatch to draw air to the Engine Room. This had only been seen on the E-2 boat previously.
