Subject: USS CATFISH Plaque

Just added the USS CATFISH plaque to my collection.. was curious to know if an approximate time frame for it could be established, as the emblem is the first of at least three issued for CATFISH. The two REQUIN plaques are from REQUIN's time as a fleet snorkel (1959-1968)
