Subject: An Open Offer

If you know of a WWII Submarine Veteran (or veteran's family) who does NOT have a copy of the war patrol reports for the time he was aboard a sub (or subs), email me the details and he (or his family) will get them! It appears our USSVI Bases are a bit slow getting any information back to me.
