ADSMOND, William Lester, 98, of Mesa, AZ, died on April 3, 2023. William was born to William and Edythe Adsmond in Baker, Oregon on October 27, 1924. He attended school in Caldwell, Idaho and after high school joined the Navy and served onboard the submarine USS Ronquil (SS-396) during WWII. William worked for and retired from the Boeing Company as an Aerospace Inspector and worked on many projects including the NASA Apollo Program. William enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and playing golf with work colleges and friends. He also loved traveling around the country camping with his family. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Adsmond; daughter Rosemarie and husband Wade Weiss; daughter Kristiane and husband Hugh Oake; grandson Thomas Simpson; and great grandson Jaxon Simpson.
