This week takes us back to 1977 when Paul McCartney and Wings recorded Mull of Kintyre. This will be familiar to those that served with the USN in the Holy Loch in Scotland around that time. It went on to become a huge international hit for Paul and his talented sideman Denny Laine. I was most impressed by the Drum Major of the Scottish band and the fantastic twirling of his mace during this recording. It was pretty slick stuff indeed to compliment a great song.
