Subject: Rest In Peace William Joyce

A few hours ago I was checking on my neighbor and found he had passed away.
I'd had a call from his daughter this morning as she hadn't been able to raise him when she called.
When things at his house hadn't changed by this afternoon I checked and thought I heard him answer me when I called through his door.
About an hour later I went into the house and found him passed away on his bathroom floor. Been dealing the the police and paramedics since.
