Wilhelm Bauer, a Bavarian inventor, took three musicians under the waters of Kronstadt Harbor in a submarine he had built, where they played appropriate music during the coronation. The music was distinctly heard on the surface.

LOL...... I just got my new drivers license. I had the choice of 6 or 8 years renewal. I took the 8. The sate of Washington Licensing Dept guarantees I will live until November 2031. I can deal with that.
